Our team is comprised of several physicians with board certifications in clinical genetics and cytogenetics, scientists (with Ph.D.), genetic counselors (with M.S.), laboratory technologists (with B.S.), genetic assistants (with B.S.), clinical coordinators (with B.S.) and nurses. Quality Assurance:

Genetics Center has been in operation since 1986 in Orange County, Southern California. Genetics Center is certified by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services and licensed by the State of California Department of Health Services as a clinical laboratory (CLIA compliant). We are also approved by the California State Genetic Disease Branch as a comprehensive prenatal diagnosis center (PDC) and contracted for XAFP follow-up services. Compliance with all these requirements ensures superb quality.
